Prof. Marco Ciampolini suggested an attribution to Francesco Curradi (Florence 1570-1661) (e-mail dated 10/December/2013).
The same iconography of the virgin Mary was used in the "Virgin and Child with Saints Francis and Lucy", National Museum Wales.
